We would like to welcome you this year to the annual AANR-SW convention.  We have decided to have an American theme which will be displayed in a many ways.  Our day trips were planned with that theme in mind.  On Monday we will tour Cowboy Stadium which is America’s team.  On Tuesday we will be touring Daily Plaza which is the place in which one of our most beloved American Presidents lost his life.  On Wednesday we will be touring Texas Motor Speedway and is there anything more American that NASCAR.

      We only have limited amount of 50 amp camp sites with sewer and rental units.  These will be reserved on a first come first serve basis based on your registration.  We have plenty of 30 amp campsites and also have a dump station. 

     On Saturday June 19^th we will be hosting our annual volleyball tournament with the neighboring camps so come out early and have a good time and see the camaraderie that we have with the neighboring camps 

     All of our day trips are free but we had to rent a van so you don’t have to drive.  If you would please tip your driver to help off set the cost of renting the van and gas.

     All tournaments or games that require more than 1 player on a team will have all the participants names put in a hat and teams will be drawn. With so many other camps in close proximity it is the only fair thing to do.

     We will have sanctioned games.  All participants must have paid their convention fee.  Games on Monday – Wednesday during the day do not require a paid convention fee.

      Anyone wishing to participate in the games on Fri. or Sat. must sign up in the office by 8:00 a.m. Fri. morning.  We will have a sign up posted on the side of the office.

     All meals must be signed up for by 7:00 p.m. for the next day dinner unless you purchased a meal packet.   Menus will be posted by the kitchen.  Please fill one out and circle your preferences and stick them back on the board.  We will collect them after 7:00 to prepare for the following days meal
