All rentals, fees and day fees
must be paid by due dates, all lot rental due on the first and late on

returned checks. |

A family membership consists of
parents and children under the age of 18. |

Children under the age of 18 are
to be supervised by their parents at all times. |

Parents will be held responsible
for their children's safety and any damage caused by their child. |

No children at the pools, hot tub,
kitchen, clubhouse or store without responsible adult supervision. |

Curfew for anyone under 18 is 9:00
p.m. |

People between the ages of 18 and
21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the dance. |

Everyone must possess a valid
driver's license to drive a motorized vehicle on the grounds unless
accompanied by a parent or guardian. |

Speed limit of 10 MPH on the
grounds at all times. |

Campsites must be kept in a clean
and orderly manner. |

Grass must be kept mowed, if not
maintained, Armadillo staff will mow your lot and a $20.00 charge will
be assessed. |

All building or improvements of
any kind must have permission from management. |

No hot tubs or pools are allowed
on any lots. |

Only one trailer per lot. |

Mobile home lots will have
trailers at a minimum of 50ft. Persons renting these lots will be able
to put a camper in their lot for a maximum of one year to give them time
to purchase a mobile home. |

Campsites will have trailers with
a maximum of 50ft. |

No sub-letting of any lots,
trailers or rooms. |

A three foot easement must be kept
between all lots. |

No smoking or food is allowed on
the dance floor, in the swimming pools or hot tub. |
|

Illegal substances, fire arms,
excessive intoxication, offensive behavior and child molestation will be
dealt with immediately and handed over to the proper authorities if so
dictated. |

No solicitation of any type
allowed on Armadillo Resort grounds. |

Always sit on your towel. |

No glass containers allowed in the
pool area. |
|

Cigarette butts are to be disposed
of in a proper container. |

No camp fires. |
|
| |

Always shower prior to entering
the pools or hot tub. |

Armadillo Resort is not
responsible for damage to personal property, loss of personal property
or theft. |

Quiet hours are between 1:00am and
10:00am. |

Only Armadillo staff is allowed in
the kitchen. |

Nudity is expected in the pools
and the hot tub. |

No cameras, camera phones or
video equipment is allowed in public areas without management's
permission. |

No photographs of any kind to be
taken of children under the age of 18 without parent's permission and
presence at the time the photo is taken. |
|

D |
Remember to always be courteous
and don't offend others. Behavior not deemed to be socially acceptable
may result in refusal or cancellation of your guest privileges. |
